Shipping policy

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that delivery and order details are correct at checkout. If a delivery is "Returned to Sender" due to an incorrect delivery address or failure to collect the parcel from a designated post office or outlet after a card has been left, the order will incur a Return To Sender fee, and we cannot refund the original shipping charges. We recommend monitoring your tracking notifications once you receive a shipment notification from us, as Australia Post cannot guarantee that a card will always be left.
