Hello Paws is not obligated to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind.
However, you are eligible for a refund or exchange if an item has a significant issue. This includes when the item:
- Has a problem that would have prevented someone from purchasing it if they had known.
- Is unsafe.
- Is significantly different from the sample or description.
- Has damaged packaging or spoiled food.
Returns:
Hello Paws does not accept returns unless mutually agreed upon. Any product returned to us due to customer refusal to accept delivery will not be accepted as a return under any circumstance.
